Return Policy

At Timberwyn & Co., every item is handmade and crafted to order. Because each order is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at timberwynco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund. We'll work with you to make it right by offering the most appropriate solution.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order, as we begin creating your item shortly after your purchase.
